An Orientation to Systemic Alchemy.

The intention of the program is to become aware of the systems within you and the systems of which you are a part (those in which you have a place), to notice how these systems can “run” you, at times even compromising your success; at the same time, to see the ways in which they bring you strength.

Our goal will be to Integrate these inner parts, to see them clearly, to heal, surrender to and accept them, and therefore to no longer be run by them, while at the same time owning their strength. This process enables you to transcend to a new expression, differentiated from the past, an expression of the free self and individual destiny.

The first Systemic Way cohort launched in October 2025 and is continuing. The Systemic Way bridges the gap between ancient ways of both knowing & effecting the world, with a modern understanding of complexity theory, systems thinking and and systemic change. It introduces the new and emerging field of systemic alchemy.

The program has openings each Earth quarter (fall, winter, spring, summer) and requires the material in Systems Within or an introductory program in systemic constellations. Learn more below, and follow me on Substack. Setup a meeting if you want to discuss.

Taming the Mindsets that thwart our embrace of a VUCA world

When people tell you to “think outside the box,” they don’t tell you where the box ends and the future begins. That is why we find ourselves so often trapped in our own blind spots and assumptions, driven by our ordinary worldviews.

The nonlinear sciences—complexity and chaos, as well as Integral theory—shine a light on those dark corners of reality and the habits of mind that keep us stuck. In ancient times, maps of the world would show sea monsters and dragons outside the bounds of the known world. That’s why in this program we call such mind-blowing (and habitually intractable) realities “dragons”
