The Original Download

In the Fall last year, a download started to come in. It concerned a new organizational structure, one I had glimpsed for more than a decade, but suddenly there was a new clarity, and an urgency. It involved a round table — a Council is how we have come to see it — consisting of eight Principals — four women, four men, organized on a medicine wheel.

It’s purpose is two-fold — to experiment with a new organizational form for a professional services firm that grows mastery in everyone, and to change the game.

We’re excited to be getting started. The time has come.
